Legal Question in Family Law in California

When my ex-wife divorced me, she didn't ask for alimony as she was marrying a rich man. Now the man lost all his money and she wants alimony. Can she force me to pay it?

No. Remarriage would have permanently cut off alimony even if she had initially been awarded it. Having remarried she can never get alimony from you.
