Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex-wife and I have been divorced since May 30th. She was awarded all of the home furnishings in the settlement. The judge gave her 60 days to retrieve these items. It has been over 4 months since the hearing. Can I get rid of this stuff or keep it? Has she relinquished her rights to the property by not claiming it within the 60 days the judge gave her? What can I do?

Return to court to get a specific order from the court giving your ex a deadline to get her things and a date allowing you to dispose of her belongings if she fails to pick them up by the deadline.
