Me and my ex-wife divorced years ago I have every other weekend with my youngest son. Can my ex-wife move from California to Iowa if she lost her job? What options do I have?

The situation that you've just described is called by the courts a "move away case".

Disrupting the child's regular visitation by an out of state move would justify a reevaluation whether or not the child should relocate with mother to another state.
