My ex-wife just lost her job and threaten to take me back to court for more money. will she get more money?

There is a good chance that she may as the loss of a job is a change in circumstances that can cause in change in the support calculation. I suggest that you talk to an attorney and get some advice before she gets the advice of an attorney.
