Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex-wife regained physical and legal custody of my daughter in a judgment back in late April.

The Agreement was in four parts, two of which state that both myself (father) and maternal and paternal grandparents shall have unsupervised visitation with my daughter upon mutual agreement.

My daughter was in the custody of my ex-wife's parents 6 of the 7 years of her life.

Shortly after actually taking my daughter into her hands in and around August 1st in a different city in a different county, she announces that her and her boyfriend has decided to move out of state (Oregon), effective as soon as they can find another tenant to take over their current lease.

When they move to Oregon, there will be no family in the area or the like.

Can my ex-wife legally move out of state?? Do the maternal/paternal grandparents have any say in this matter??

You need to be clearer about what the current custody and visitation order says. The grandparents do have a say. I can't tell you anything else without knowing what the custody order says.
