Legal Question in Family Law in California

If my ex-wifes new boyfriend is driving my child around and he doesn't have a valid CA driver's lic and has 8 warrants out for traffic violations in another state, will he get arrested or ticketed?

And if he is arrested and has my 5 yr old daughter with him, what will happen?

I currently have 50/50 split with her, do I have a good chance of getting full custody if she knowing let him drive her around without a license?

Common sense dictates that anyone transporting the child must have a valid drivers license,registration and is insured. If you ex will not agree to stop using her boyfriend to transport the child, a return to court on a motion addressing this would be appropriate.
