Legal Question in Family Law in California

False Accusatation in Child Molestation

Would like help in finding any court rulings, laws, or

writings etc. , relating to my situation. I have been accused of molestation with my 4 year old daughter.

She states "daddy touched" her. All findings have been "inconclusive". I have been a single father for over 2 years and during that time I have had to help teach my daughter during potty training and how to bathe herself. These normal single fatherly duties are being interpeted as inappropriate touch and now I have to go to court next week so it can be determined if and when I can see my daughter and if it needs to be supervised. Help this loving caring father please get our lives back to normal.I was only caring for her best interest and now I'm being victimized by CPS. I have done no wrong and this is breaking my heart, I haven't seen my daughter for over a month.

Re: False Accusatation in Child Molestation

The allegations against you are so serious that you must be represented by an attorney. Even an experienced trial attorney would be ill advised to represent himself in this case.
