Legal Question in Family Law in California
false accusation of interfering with visitation and how to defend
how to prove oneself innocent of charges filed in court of not allowing non-custodial parent to exercise visitation. non-custodial parent, used his previous visiting history as a threat. If custodial parent did not stop motion to modifiy support, than the visits would stop, and thats exactly what the non-custodial parent did for the next 4 months, the court ruled increase of support based on lower visitation percentage {due to above } and 30 days later, non-custodial parent filed motion of contempt, claiming custodial parent prevents visits, How to defend, How to stop the harrasement, How to show the harm to children. since not exercising visitation, is not a violation, yet, I am now having to spend money on defense, and not sure how to prove the real truth ??? this is about money, and the kids are also being alienated. told by custodial parent during absense it was the custodial parents fault, ect. have you seen this before ?? finding a sense that this is what alot of mothers really do, and I am having to prove I am different, I want the visits, thats why it was used as a threat. Help,

Re: false accusation of interfering with visitation and how to defend
this is a very typical situation. this kind of abuse tends to continue until you just beat them down in court.
