False accusations

I am in a child custody case where after my sons mother found out the mediators recomendation was in my favor responded by saying it was a lack of evidence.I belive see will be be making false accusations in the papers she has been aloud to send to the mediator. what can I do to protect myself?

it's usually always best to hire a competent attorney. if you can't do that then, be the best parent you can possibly be. you may want to point out the false accusations. dispute them and shift the burden of proof.
