Legal Question in Family Law in California

False accusations how to prevent them from accuring again?

Mother of my child in 2002 after she had my baby filed a restraining order to keep me away from my kid. Now again she accused my family of something (that doctors did their tests and said that had never happened).

How do i prevent this from happening? Please help

You can requesst a court order. Such orders have mixed results. That is often they are not successful, as such comments continue to be made. There are just more careful when and how they make the comments. However, it may give you some control over the situation. Keep a record of all of her false accusations. This information may be useful in future cases.
