False acusations of domestic violence
i fell and i hit a table, i have 3 witnesses who will testify, somehow the police got called for some reason, I have a black eye. They took my boyfriend to jail and told me they were going to take our 4 months old son to cps if I didnt let them take a pictue. They charged him with spousal abuse. My first question if whats the difference between the two (domestice violence and spousal abuse). My second question is what can I do? I have 3 witnesses. I dont understand how they can charge or try to chage someone with something they didnt do. Please help!!!

An attorney should be retained to represent your boyfriend. The sooner that an attorney is retained and the investigation commences the better chance he has of being successful.
