False Sexual Abuse Charges in a Custody Case

What recourse does an individual have when false accusations have been made by the custodial parent towards the non-custodial parent and another individual of sexual abuse towards one out of the two minor children involved in the custody battle?

About the only recourse there is, is to fight the allegation and win. If you can convince the court the allegation was false, the court should award you attorney fees.
