Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am a family advocate. I have a case where the children wants to live with their mom. The children are now living with their dad--and he abuses them emotionally. How do I get the judge to interview the children to see who they want to live with? How do I approach the children's lawyers to make a motion to have the judge interview the kids? (The children are 13 and 10)

You cannot and should not do anything because you are not a party. Any such decision should come from the mom and her attorney. You can report it to the mom. If you feel the children are being abused you may also report to CPS.
