After 7 years of marriage and the home title only includes the mans name is the wife entiled to a portion of the home equity? Also if another property was purchased in Arizona during the marriage does the wife qualify for a share of the home?

Yes. The woman may try to make a claim as an owner of the property, but at least has a "Moore/Marsden" claim. This is complicated and turns on all the facts and circumstances. A CA divorce court looks at the AZ property the same way.
