Family Eviction(?)

A family member(parent) who is the home owner and living in the property wants to evict her own daughter. Daughter does not pay rent and is a problem in the home. Parent has given daughter 60 days notice to move out. If daughter does not move out in 60 days, what legal recourse does parent have?

You should call the police if she will not leave the house.
