Family Law

At age 18 can a young adult leave the custody of his mom and switch schools his senior year? He attends high school in CA and wants to relocate to his dad in Minnesota and finish senior year.

At 18 a person becomes an adult and can make their own decisions. However, an 18 year old usually profits from listening to their parents.
