If an agreement has been made to have a child every other weekend. And the child's age being 14 years old, If the child does not want to be with the parent, can the child make that decession? So the parents would not by law have to force the child to stay with their given parent agaist their will?

the child never gets to decide but for older kids the courts are supposed to consider their wants.
