my appeal attorney did not send me the appellate courts decision neither did the appellate court, hence finalizing the court case and sending it back to the superior court in Madera, County, WHAT CAN I DO? THE SUPREME COURT (IN SAN FRANSISCO SAYS THEY CANNOT HEAR THE CASE- DUE TO NO JURISTICTION. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO TO TAKE MY CASE TO THE SUPREME COURT OR IS THERE ANOTHER HIGHER COURT TO HEAR MY CASE. ( IN TERMINATING MY PARENTAL RIGHTS TO ADOPT OUT MY CHILDREN)
