Legal Question in Family Law in California

Please help...

Family law case, I believe is illegal. Ok so there is no due process. Our case is 8 inches thick and there has been no service, when I go to the courts I do not waive my rights. I don't even know what is alleged. They proceed anyways. I DONT SHOW UP AND THEY RULE ANYWAYS. I have no lawyer and they have denied RFO motion to vacate orders, reconsideration, for dismissal, for service,for everything.

If you did not follow the appropriate rigorous procedural steps on contesting service, you may have made a general appearance thereby waving that claim to quash service.
