Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family Law -- custody time

I have joint physical and legal custody. Father's Day is allocated to me as a special day. Each party gets two weeks of summer vacation holiday time. The agreement says that ''special day and holidays shall take precedence'' over regular custody time. Can my ex-wife take her vacation time to include Father's Day when there are plenty of other times during the summer when she could go on vacation?

Generally the answer is no. There could be exceptions, however. A court would consider all the facts and circumstances.
