If I decide to let my 13yr old child live

with her father can he base child

support on my fiances income as well

as mine ??

Child support is based on your income his income and the percent of time the child is with each of you. New spouse income is entered into the support program solely to determine the amount of taxes paid. Other factors that effect the amount of taxes paid are also considered.
