I am currently divorce and paying child support if i plan to get remerried will my spouse wages be garnished. And if so how can it be avoided?

Normally a new spouse's income will not be considered for purposes of calculating income available for child support. The exception is if NOT considering new spouse income will result in serious detriment to the child.
