im divorced and have two children. Im a single mother my ex husband has joint legal custody and i have full physical custody. How bad is it to the law that I get together with friends and family to have a drink or two at my home. when my daughter is told by my ex husband that its bad and that I can go to hell for that! Can he claim that im a bad infuence on my kids and that I might have a problem?

No, it's not bad, but I would seriously refrain from engaging in any activity that could cause me to have to go to court to fight over custody. Don't drink while your kids are with you. But if you have a lot of money to fight your ex on this, go file first and tell the court what you are doing, how much you do it, and that you want your ex to be stopped from talking about you in a bad way to your kids. Take the first punch.
