Legal Question in Family Law in California
We had a family law hearing in October 2012. The opposing council was ordered to prepare the Order After Hearing. In the first draft of the proposed order after hearing she ommited parts of the actual order and added extra parts that were not ordered. I pointed out these issues to the opposing council, but she keeps ignoring my objects. I obtained a copy of the hearing's transcript and double-checked my points. They are all correct. How should I proceed if the oppsoing council acts unprofessionally and unethically by adding points into an Order After Hearing that were not ordered? I'm in pro-per.

This may be a good time to hire an attorney who will assist with getting an appropriate order after hearing drafted and signed by the judge.
Be sure that you timely file your objections to the proposed order with the court pursuant to any local rules.
