if the judge orders my spouse to be liable for half of the debts at time of seperation, can it be deducted from spousal support funds

If I understand your question, you are asking if he can deduct the debt he was ordered to pay from the spousal support he is supposed to pay you. The answer is no. These are two separate obligations. Tell him I said he's a jerk if he tries to do this, and you should take him back to court for contempt.
