Legal Question in Family Law in California

HOw do you get a new judge, the one I have had for 6 years does not listen and lets the mother get away with not obeying his court orders. Most of the time he mixes up are case with others. I don't feel he is doing his job fair. So how do I get a new judge. I am my own lawyer, can't afford one. but need help if you could. thank you

You probably cannot switch judges. But you can switch lawyers which would be a good start. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
