I am legally divorced ,but made sure I had attorney file for some rights to ex- retirement .my attorney is know telling me we need to hire a quadro what is this and how can I find one

What you need is a QDRO that is a qualified domestic relations order. This order is necessary to the retirement fund manager to pay your share to you. Many family law attorneys do not prepare QDROs. They refer clients to attorneys that specialize in preparing QDROs.
