I was mailed a summons for my divorce. My spouse did not include a completed income and expense doc, also she omitted to include property she owns as well as not including a disclosure of dec. what do i do?

What you do depends upon what you want and what you are legally entitled to. If you are looking for money or property out of the divorce, file your Response and take some action. You won't get anything unless you take the necessary steps.
