Legal Question in Family Law in California

family law

Hi I my parental rights were taken away when I was younger and 3 of my children were adopted by my ex sister and brother in law. Now they are un able to deal with 2 of my children and have given them back to me. they receive money for my children each month but they don't give it to me to help with my girls. Do they have to give me the money ? or can the keep it?

Re: family law

They do not have a right to the state support if the children are not living with them. You could report this to state. Your ex sister may come and take the children back to keep the money coming into their home. You should contact an attorney and review the facts with the attoney.
