My parents are seperated, and have never been married. I live with my mother, and i would like to know if i could legally divorce my father? Not emancipation from both parent but just divorce from my father?`

There is no statutory provision for a child to divorce a parent. You appear to very mad at your father. If your anger is the result of abuse, you can report the abuse and he will be kept away from you. If abuse is not the cause of your anger consider counseling regarding your relationship with your father.
