Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family Law

I have a two part question. I have an 11 year old daughter, her father does not pay child support (as of today there is no order). I just found out that he has a high net worth and has his other kids as heirs and not her. Is she entiled to part of what he owns plus back child support? The second Question is this, he has a 401K when he reaches the age to collect on that and he isn't paid up to date on child support would he have to pay from his 401k.

Re: Family Law

There is not back child support unless there is a court order for him to pay child support. If you do not have a child support order get one now. He has the right to include or exclude anyone he wishes. Right now you should concentrate on getting child support.
