Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family Law and Probate issue

we have been trying to go to trial over my belongings and house of my deceased X husband and his wife and her Lawyer have been prolonging the process by not filling out paperwork that the court needs to proceed and there have been many continuences in the Family cae as well as the Probate case. It has now been over 2 years since ny X- husband has past away and she continues to not do her job as the administrator. Isn't there anything we can do to stop her from making the court postpone the trial because she isnt doing the paperwork the court needs?Please advise

It is not clear from your quesiton what paper-work you are talking about, but an Order to Show Cause for Sanctions and attorney fees will often do the trick.
