Family Law Question

I have been married for 30 years i have not lived with my husband in 12 years there is no legal separation he is ill in the hospital he was incoherent last week and he signed a power of attorney over to a woman he has lived with off& on with she is getting a mental disability check from SSI I feel she should not be able to make desicions for him since I am financally responsble she is spending his ssi check he gets and he has no burial policy I want to take over because I am legally responsible what can I do to take that back from her??? thank you

You have a combined family and undue influence problem with this matter. You would need to petition the court for a conservatorship and also do a divorce due to possible medical bill liability because of your marriage.
