Legal Question in Family Law in California
Family Law
I received my Order After Hearing for my child custody case. My ex-husbands attorney prepared it. I had an attorney who was only making a special appearance. Upon receiving it I noticed many of my requests were not entered. My attorney signed off on this when I specifically told him I wanted to review it before--name removed--signed it. I have ordered a copy of the court transcript. Can this be fixed? And at whose expense? I am willing to hire an attorney for this.

Re: Family Law
You should obtain the transcript as quickly as possible. If the transcript supports your position then discuss with the attorney what he proposes to do to correct th situation. If the attorney is no willing to correct the order then you should hire another attorney to help you correct the matter.
