I recently was served with divorce papers within Fresno County, California. Now the mother states she has filed for temporary custudy pending the emergency hearing if granted. Prior to any hearing does she have the right to keep my child from me. She is working and leaving the child with relatives.

Unless the court signed a temporary order terminating visitation you would still have the right to contact with the child. You should record her efforts to keep you from having a relationship with your child.
