Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family Law: Respondent violated Settlement Stipulation

Hi. I am the Petitioner in a family law

case that was heard in the Los

Angeles Superior Court last summer.

We ''settled,'' but the Respondent

has flagrantly violated terms of the

stipulation. What do I do now? What

form do I need to fill out or whatever

to get this back before the judge?

Thanks.

Unless the Judgment in this case has been domesticated in Maine, this is a query that would really need to be sent to a CA attorney.

You might be able to enforce the settlement by bringing a contempt action.
