I am getting my spousal Support Check at my Attorney's Address and she is holding my checks since last two months, what should i do ?

Tell your attorney you want to substitute her out. That way the future checks will be mailed directly to you. To dispute the amounts being held, you may contact your local county bar association and request fee arbitration.
