Family Law - out of state action
Original court order/final divorce decree was filed in GA. I (father) am now in CA, and my Ex just moved to KY. GA child support enforcement garnishes my wages for child support. We have four children that I pay support for, but my two sons have moved out to CA with me last summer. She sends back a percentage of the support I pay for them to help. Now, my 17 year old daughter is moving out of her house, and my 15 year old daughter wants to come live with me too. Finally, the question! Being that I'm now in CA, and my Ex is in KY, how do I go about trying to change my situation legally to reflect all of these changes? I'm paying child support for kids that don't even live with her, or are about to be gone. I need help! :)

Since the kids are with you, you could ask the CA court to accept venue. I'd go file an OSC for Modification, but you will also have to file the GA order here.
You will probably need the help of an attorney. This is not difficult, but you are not an attorney and there are some procedural issues you will need help with.
