Legal Question in Family Law in California

family law

im taking my exhusband in for ups on childsupport. my new husband owns a corporation. he put me on his corp as an officer. just in case he passed away. i dont own any shares of the corp. i worked for the corp for a little bit. but i was paid on payroll. so i do have a w-2 form. my exhusband is basically saying i own half and make 60,000 a month. so his child support wont go up. two questions. the judge wants to see the corp taxes. does he want to see gross or net? can he see it as community property? how do i approach this judge about this mess.

In a general sense, you need a "cash flow analysis for support purposes" which is usually done by an accountant who specializes in this or is qualified to do this.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
