Is there any legal rights an aunt has to

her nieces and nephew when the

mother is in and of jail for drug use.

The childrend are currently being cared

for by their mother's boyfriend, who

the children seem to be afraid of. And

their biological father doesn't want to

get involved?

No legal right to visit. Your best bet might be to go to court and get legal guardianship of the children.
