Family Law: Unborn child now born

How can I change the docket sheet to

reflect that my baby was born? It reads

''unborn'' on the docket sheet. And I

want to put his name. Do I have to file

a Stipulation and Order or ...? Thank

you.

File a motion to amend the petition to add the name of the new born child.
