Legal Question in Family Law in California

what are the family law vacation guide lines? We have a holiday schedlue that includes vacations time it states that it's up to 14 days once a year. Does that mean that the parents can spread out the vacation day through out the year or does it have to be taken once a year?

There is no way to interpret a phrase like that out of context. There is no rule that covers this except general rules of interpretation, which require context.
