Legal Question in Family Law in California
what are the family law vacation guide lines? We have a holiday schedlue that includes vacations time it states that it's up to 14 days once a year. Does that mean that the parents can spread out the vacation day through out the year or does it have to be taken once a year?

There is no way to interpret a phrase like that out of context. There is no rule that covers this except general rules of interpretation, which require context.

Parenting visitation is only limited by the imagination of the parties creating the visitation and custody time. The goal is frequent and meaningful contact between the non custodial parent and the child.
