i filed for a divorce and i am asking for sole custody. do i have to allow my husband to see our child before the court date without any reprimand from the judge?

you both have right to the child unless you have court orders to the contrary. now if he would harm you child then of course you would deny visitation, but if there is really no real chance of harm, then you could get into some trouble by denying him visits.
