Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family law

I am a 14 year old kid and i really don't like where i live now, meaning i have problems with the schools and teachers, i also don't quite get along with my parents. We recently moved to the United states (from Sweden), my dad got a job here so we had to move, but I've talked to my grandmother and she said it was fine i moved back to Sweden with her. My father has no problem with that but my mother seems to disagree, so i was wondering if it is still possible for me to move without both my parents fully approval?

No, it is not possible to move without your parents agreement. Since you are growing to be a man you should learn to accept situations that you do not like. They occur many more times after you are an adult than before you are an adult. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
