family law/custody;Will the court allow audio recordings to be submitted in as evidence showing the character of the mother. it all disproves what they themselves are saying to the court?

It depends on whether or not the recordings were made with the knowledge and consent of all people being recorded. If not, they are not only inadmissible as evidence, in addition the person making the recording will face criminal charges and civil invasion of privacy claims.
