family law-guardianship of a child at 11months old

with no money and trying to find an attorney to help me out with getting my daughter back how can i go about that

Don't take this the wrong way. You asked for help, so here it is. Your path to parenting the child will begin with a stable base. That means you need to get a job (assuming you don't have one) and a stable place to live. Stability is the name of the game here. If there were drugs involved then you need to complete a rehab program. Follow the court orders, get clean, stable and responsible, and then go after your child. The courts want the parents to raise their own children. They really do. It's up to the parents to pull themselves together. Good luck and don't ever give up.
