family law-temporary custody

ex-wife is illeagaly in country,took 10 yr. old daughter from school,local police said it was okay because temporary custody I had had been

dismissed,I though temporary custody on a O.S.C. don't expire until they are challenged,ex-wife just filed in June for divorce and child custody.No court date yet.Meanwhile daughter missing and ex-wife is no where to be found.

Re: family law-temporary custody

The orders made on temporary restraining order expire on the date of the hearing unless the court finds that they should be continued after the hearing.
