Legal Question in Family Law in California
Need to get family photos but ex wont let me.
Do I have the right to enter my former home in order to download some pictures of my child which are stored on the computer there? My ex refuses to let me into the house to do this. Our divorce has been granted and he got the house but it is not final until Sept. 24th and my name is still on the title of the home.

Don't try to enter the home, if you are already moved out, to do this. It will give thim the opportunity, successful or not, to request a restraining order against you.
If you have an attorney, start off with letting your attorney write a letter. It would be silly to run up fees and expenses over something that you are going to be entitled to.
Otherwise, you can file an OSC at court requesting that he be ordered to share the pictures with you. They could even be emailed to you.
