Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family Question

Me & the father of my children have lived together for about 30 years. We have never married. We don't have the best relationship. He came home w/ a realtor today & tells me he is selling the house. Can he do so? Can I get anything from it? I have raised three children. Two are grown & do not live w/us.We have one daughter who is 16 and is still a minor. I am disabled at this time & am on disability. The home is not in my name and he tells me ''too bad.'' I have no problem seperating. However, I fell I have contributed to this home and am entitled to something.

Please help.
